This California Privacy Notice complements the information provided in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors and users who reside in the State of California (“consumers,” “your” or “you”). “We,” “us,” “our,” and Social Culture Art refers to Tais Print Shop, LLC. We adopt this notice in good faith to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and any terms used in this notice have the same meaning as defined in the CCPA.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The socialcultureart.com website (the “Site”) collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“Personal Information”). In particular, the Site has collected the following categories of Personal Information from its consumers within the last 12 months:

Only you (or a registered authorized agent) may submit a request on your behalf. You can make two requests every 12 months. We must verify your identity before acting.
Response Timing
We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verified request. If needed, we may take up to 90 days but will notify you in writing.
PERSONAL INFORMATION SALES OPT-OUT
If you’re 16 or older, you can opt out of the sale of your info (though we do not sell any info currently). Consumers aged 13–16 must opt in, and parents must consent for those under 13.
NON-DISCRIMINATION
We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA rights. We will not:
• Deny goods or services
• Charge different prices
• Provide lower quality service
• Suggest any of the above
We may offer financial incentives (e.g., discounts) in exchange for data — with your opt-in consent.
