SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

The Social Culture Art mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Social Culture Art (“we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Social Culture Art’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Social Culture Art through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
Social Culture Art uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart, and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (888) 670-9512 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message.

If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program again with your new number.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction, then deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform services for us.
Certain providers, like payment gateways, may have their own privacy policies. If you proceed with a transaction that involves their services, your information may be subject to their legal jurisdictions.
For example, if you are in Canada and a transaction is processed in the U.S., your data may be subject to U.S. laws (e.g., the Patriot Act).
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track visits and page views.
We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties.
